Ridder Ernie (Ernie the Knight) is a 2011 Sesamstraat storybook. Bert offers Ernie a book of bedtime stories, but Ernie would rather make up his own exciting story, where he's a knight, and he has to rescue Princess Cookie Monster from a candy dragon. Post-rescue, Cookie Monster wants to travel to the Moon, which he's decided is a big, tasty cake.
