The Bamboo Staff (竹棒; Literally meaning Bamboo Staff) is one of the signature weapons of Edagakure. While appearing to be nothing more than a length of bamboo, in the hands of a skilled user, it can be used to disarm opponents, break limbs or even kill with a hard enough strike to the head. The staff is made from a special breed of bamboo that only grows in the Land of Rainforests which is reputed to be as hard as stone.
