Merach (ムラク Muraku ,Mulark in the Japanese version) is an enemy character in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem (Book 1), and Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. The boss of Chapter 5, Merach was commissioned by Princess Minerva to guard the entrance to the Aurelian Castle. He is an Armor Knight that carries a Silver Lance, which he will drop when defeated. Since Merach has very high Defense stat, it is best to attack him with Magic-wielding units.
