The Hive on Bouvet Island was established inside the ancient Yautja pyramid beneath the ice sheet on the 10th of October, 2004. It was lead by a Queen that seemed to be hundreds if not thousands of years old. It seemed to have been crafted not long after several Xenomorph Drones were birthed from members of the Weyland Industries exploration group. The Hive consisted of multiple Drones, Facehuggers and Ovomorphs. It was destroyed when the sole surviving member of a Young Blood Yautja Hunting Party, Scar, activated his Self-Destruct Device and left it in one of the egg chambers.
