Delicious Cake is a badge introduced on June 14th, 2010 and is available for everyone. It can be purchased from drop down menu called give and it costs 80 points for each badge. The badge changes appearance depending on the number of badges that a person has. You can't buy the badge from your profile for yourself, however, it is available if you access the delicious cake's badge page.
