The USS Bismarck (NCC-41014) was commissioned in 2338. (Star Trek: Independence) On stardate 52863.4, the Bismarck conducted humanitarian efforts on the Cardassian colony of Pentath III. Several of the crew were lost when insurgents ambushed the away team. It was destroyed in a Dominion skirmish in early December 2375. All hands were lost except the captain, Ethan Windslow.
