The Black Swordsman (黒い剣士 Kuroi kenshi?) is the 1st nonnumerical chapter of the Berserk manga series, written and illustrated by Kentaro Miura. This chapter is also the first of sixteen chapters that do not go by the conventional chapter labeling.
