The Atlantic Research of Supernatural Entities (ARSE) is a Ghost Hunting Society. When Satchel thought that the Wilco Apartment was Haunted, he called ARSE to investigate. They caught a recording of Mac's voice and thought it was the babbling of an ancient spirit. They eventually found that Satchel was just mistaking Bucky's behavior for supernatural activity.
