The Madstone is a Legendary spirit stone for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. The unique affix applies the Exploding Palm, fully benefiting from all runes and enhancements, to each enemy hit by the Seven-Sided Strike. An enemy killed by this skill will explode immediately, as Exploding Palm is applied before the Seven-Sided Strike deals any damage. If coupled with Uliana’s Stratagem Set, it will apply Exploding Palm before detonating it, effectively detonating even enemies that were not affected by Exploding Palm yet.
