Carmeditor 2 (Carmageddon Editor 2) was created in late 1998 and updated in early 1999 by Shutting_Down. The software was made available through Kali France network. The software is aimed at editing game slots stored in Carmageddon II's SAVEDGAMES.ARS file to hack cars owned, car, race, credits, change player name and change APO and APO slots.
