This may be a dumb question but is permission needed to star up a new Wookieeproject. I want to start up one for Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. However, Galactic Battlegrounds would already be covered by WookieeProject:Video Games, where the bulk of the people who would be helping you make articles would come from anyway.
