To make it, a player must: * Pick some wheat from the field to the north-west of Fred the Farmer's farm. * Travel north along the road to the east of the field and locate Mill Lane Mill, a windmill File:Windmill map icon.png. * Go inside and talk to Millie Miller about making extra fine flour prior to climbing up to the top floor. * Place the grain into the hopper and pull the lever, then return to the bottom floor with a pot in their inventory to retrieve their pot of fine flour.
