Tanner Lee "Elizabeth" Schnabel is a disgraced former bureaucrat of SpongeBob Fan Wiki and Mature SpongeBob Fan Wiki. He was known for his amorous behaviour, ribald sense of humour, and for his "relationship" with Ponyo Fan. His second account Rarity7Best was globally blocked by Wikia, resulting in them creating several sockpuppet accounts to evade. Their last account was blocked by Ponyo Fan in June 2015.
