In this level, Avalon Centrifuge teaches you shooting. You ride on a camel that shoots spit at targets and prize bubbles. Halfway through, the Negativitron takes over Avalonia, and puts Meanies in it. You will have to shoot all of them before you come to the mini boss, while they shoot at you, as well. You must shoot at its eye to kill it. When you have defeated the mini-boss, you will have completed the level and you will go to the next quest in your adventure.
