Jasmine Neng was a Solarian citizen and politician. Born and raised in one of the habitats in the Sol System's asteroid belt, she was tall and very slender with a pale complexion and dark eyes. In 1922 PD, she served as Speaker of the Solarian League Assembly. (HH13)
