Tonraq Atiqtalaaq was a Human male who served as the chief of his tribe on the southern continent on Higalik. He was husband to Senna Atiqtalaaq, and father to Korra and Kilaun Atiqtalaaq. He served as Headman for Higalik's Council of Chiefs, effectively the ruler of the world, for a number of years. During this time, Tonraq began to secretly provide Higalikan weapons and equipment to the Alliance to Restore the Republic, of which Senna had become a member.
