A good-hearted drug dealer in Detroit who intended to build enough cash to get out of the failing city with his girlfriend Rosa and build a legitimate business empire, he was instead arrested, where he inadvertently discovered the mystery drug "MPH" in prison. Granting him supersonic speed, he escaped and shared his limited stockpile with his best friend Chevy, Rosa and her brother 'Baseball', robbing banks across the country to pour on the citizens of Detroit and enrich themselves in recompense for the negligence of businesses and the super-rich towards their community.
