Necromorph cybernetics are used by Necromorph Cultists to simulate being a necromorph (most specifically The Pack). The Cultists cut off their own hands and replace them with the Cybernetics. The Cybernetics are tri-bladed on the end, with wrappings that attach them to the user's arm.
