ISZ-48 was a plague that started as an ISIS biochemical weapon released in Ankara, Turkey as part of a terrorist attack that was supposed to weaken Turkey. The plague was finally cured, but not before it killed a third of the human population. ISZ-48 is now completely a thing of the past, as the disease has cures now, and vaccines against the disease have been injected in every human.
