"Fading Roots" is a 2-LP bootleg album by The Cure, comprising live material from a 1980 concert in Sydney, Australia, and existing material from sessions with John Peel and Kid Jensen. The audio quality of the sessions material is very poor, and some of the session tracks have been cut short. The audio quality of the live tracks is surprisingly good for a bootleg, although they include cue breaks between songs. The four sides in total are approximately 70 minutes in length.
