Neo Hyuga (ネオ日向, Hyuuga Neo) is the transmigrant of Hamura Ōtsutsuki (大筒木ハムラ, Ōtsutsuki Hamura) and is feared around the shinobi world as Devil Transmigrant (白い髪の神, Shiroi kami no kami). He is the son of a Hyuga and a member of the Kaguya Clans. He eventually becomes leader of the Kaguya Clan created a new breed of shinobi that are to be as powerful as the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
