It is basically the tour bus from Crackdown (hence its title) that has been armored with metal plates for protection. While not as heavily armored as the Battle Bus, it is faster (118 Groundspeed) and more maneuverable. It also comes equipped with a small platform at the back. In place of the oringinal windows, there are armored panels with slots where a gunner would be able to aim his gun out and shoot (though these cannot be used), possibly a nod to Dawn of the Dead.
