Bondan was a local captain of the Dagorwaith Arthadan who suspected that one of his own supply agents, Feldas, was spying for Angmar and conspirating with the renegade ranger Dongorath.He had offered—with King Argeleb's approval— a reward for those bold enough to capture or eliminate Dongorath and convict Feldas.
