Frozen Shooter is a rare rifle-type weapon only equippable by Rangers. Its special attack will always freeze the target if you don't miss the attack. Its power to freeze is excellent, so much so that the gun randomly has a chance of freezing its wielder. Using a Photon Booster on Frozen Shooter when its max grinded will turn it into Snow Queen.
