The Vulcan Academy of Archives was an institution that operated from the planet Vulcan and existed by the 23rd century. In 2267, following the discovery of an old cache of Karsid records, the Academy of Archives funded a research expedition that studied the artifacts over the course of several years. (TOS novel: Ishmael) Its possible that this institution is simply a branch or another name for the Vulcan Academy of Science though this is speculation.
