The sign is found on a door within the Testing Ground Control Center at 8E/15N on Level 4 of Trebor's Proving Grounds. Players who explore the room behind the door are likely to be disappointed, as there is only an ordinary battle waiting, but no extraordinary treasure. However, like the "Monster Allocation Center" not far away, it conveys the developers strange sense of humour of having a maze training ground management.
