Ryan Zapolski (born November 11, 1986 in Erie, Pennsylvania) is an American goaltender playing in the ECHL. He played junior hockey for the Mahoning Valley Phantoms of the United States Hockey League from 2005 to 2007. Then from 2007 to 2011 Zapolski played for the Mercyhurst Lakers of the NCAA. He was not drafted by any NHL team. He turned pro with several ECHL teams in the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.
