They were dolls that turned into cupcakes by turning up their rubber skirts over the body portion and topping them with a plastic icing 'hat.' Came in different colors and scents. They were produced by Tonka in 1990 and then by Kenner (who purchased Tonka) in 1991-1993. Each came with a small handbag shaped comb. There were also cupcake series that looked like ice cream sundaes and jars of jam.
