Mrs. Wicket is the main antagonist of the series, she is Mr. Bean's irate landlady, who also owns an evil one-eyed cat, Scrapper. She despises Mr. Bean and is very brutal towards him. She only likes Mr Bean's plan to remove the Mole in "The Mole".
