Street Ranger (no real name known) is one of a group of street heroes that works with El Penitente during the mess caused by the New York Chapter of the Grand Hall of Sinister Wisdom's attempt to kidnap The Angel of Hell's Kitchen. He appears to be a low level brick with a club, and a decent regen level.
