The Bottomless Potion of Rejuvenation is a potion in Diablo III, added in patch 2.1. It is not consumed upon use. It requires a Character Level of 61, and can only be obtained in Torment difficulty. Originally it only dropped during the Season One for Seasonal characters. After the end of the Season One, it drops for normal characters as well. For Demon Hunters, Hatred is their primary resource. As such, they should expect no aid for the restoration of Discipline.
