Bertrand Carlisle was a male Human scientist in the 20th century. He was born January 15, 1899, and attended Oxford University, earning doctorates in particle physics, quantum mechanics, and thermonuclear integration in 1918. In 1964, he came to the United States of America to participate in Project Hercules, an effort to develop enhanced fusion technology.
