Following the escape from the lair of the Mercurian, Nick Nelson and Kodi of Space Patrol battle with a Dryak. The reptilian creature is akin to a dinosaur on Earth. It is very large and has extremely sharp teeth. It has four legs and a tough hide of green skin similar to that of some reptiles on Earth. It also has a pair of horns in its head. Kodi gets to their Space Patrol ship and blasts the Dryak dead with its "flame-blast cannon".
