Ropate Norman Armstrong Senibici Ligairi (29 January, 1976) is a Fijian rugby union footballer. He has represented the national team on numerous occasions, including at the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia. He has also played for the Fiji rugby sevens national side, including representing them at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. His usual position is at fullback. He has been capped over 30 times for Fiji.He is the Only Fijian to have Scored 2 Tries against the All Blacks. He is the youngest son of Abundant Life Assemblies of God evangelist the late Rev. Epi Qaidamu Ligairi and grand-nephew of coup security chief and former SAS officer Major Ilisoni Ligairi.
