Deinonycanis is part of the Chaos Effect toy line from Kenner. It is a mixture of Deinonychus and Canis dirus (better known as the Dire Wolf). Although never released as a toy, the animal's Bio on its box would have probably said it lived as well as hunted in packs(which would show that it followed the behaviors of both animals it had DNA from, the Deinonychus and the Dire Wolf.) it probably would have high intelligence, resulting from a mixing of Wolf and dromeosaur intellectual abilities. The photo is of the Deinocanis the sketch is of Deinonycanis even though the figure is actually unnamed.
