Mirror Masker [Miraru Masukar] is a burst linker who is the brother of Shinomiya Utai. He installed brain burst program in Utai and he is the parent of her. Utai wanted to become a Noh performer but her parents would not let her perform due to traditions of not letting females dance, as her avatar explained it. Her brother saw this and went to ask his parents to let her perform. Instead he was killed by mirrors surrounding him. Utai, who saw this dreadful scene lost her ability to speak.
