Donald Sparks was the boss of Tracy McGrath, a Statistician working on Climate Change models. He is interviewed by Ryan and Esposito about the killing of Tracey McGrath, during which he tells them he has no idea who would want to kill her and that she was working on climate change models, as well as that she disappeared from work for two hours the day before her murder and not explaining what she was up to. He was then able to login into her personal foundation computer account from the precinct to pull down files for Esposito and Ryan to look at.
