The Tillerman System was a star system located to the galactic "south" of the Talbott Cluster, and physically the closest of the Manticoran Quadrant systems to the Monica System. As of 1921 PD the head of the system was President Cummings. (SI2) The Solarian Gendarmerie scouted at least one anti-annexation group there during the Mesan scheme to block the annexation before the Constitutional Convention finished its business and voted out terms for the unification conditions acceptable to the Star Kingdom.
