Tephren was a settlement on the planet Romulus. It was located on the island continent of Folloss in the Tel'Garch Subcontinent and was one of the more interested cities in the region. This was because it was one of the most holiest places on the Romulan home world and was founded by several priestly orders a few centuries after the planet was colonized by the early Romulans. Tephren contained the largest and most ornate temples on Romulus with the vast temple complexes even aweing those who do not believe in the Romulan gods.
