Japanese: 薔薇絵亭 （ばらえてい） A small, western-style restaurant with a European theme. Their lunch menu is excellent. Nine different choices for 800-1000 yen. Includes a nice, large salad, bread/rice and drink. For an extra 105 yen you get to choose between a couple of desserts. (Small, but oh so good.) Dinner is only slightly more expensive than lunch. They also have Russian course dinner with Borsch stew and peroski for 2,100 yen and Cheese fondue dinner course for 2,520 yen.
