Mammoth's Grave was the capital of the Lionlands. Gohr, a prominent slave master from its neighboring city, Krað Bohol, freed all of his slaves, and led them to besiege the city, burning many of its buildings. This was inopportune, as a massive blyzzard destroyed Gohr's forces, as well as the locals of Mammoth's Grave (who were now homeless and stranded in the tundra), and its royal family. This event was known as the Battle at Mammoth's Grave. Much like the rest of the Lionlands, Mammoth's Grave was composed mostly of igloos, and tents. Its Chief-King the þaðamn, as well as its many tribal leaders, and slave masters, lived within the Mammoth's Grave proper, an ancient temple built over a grave of dead mammoths.
