Madame Charlotte' is a minor character in Annie: A Royal Adventure! and a fortune-teller. She makes a dime for every fortune. In fact, she gets paid a dime by every customer before telling him or her the fortune. She predicts to Annie (as well as Hannah) that she and her father are taking a trip across troubled water on a long voyage, to beware of weasels and water, and sinister characters (which turn out to be Rupert Hogbottom and Mean Murphy Knuckles, and eventually reveal to include Lady Hogbottom). Madame Charlotte also says that everything else about Annie's life is pretty good. She even reads Sandy's paw and tells him to beware of a gray cat (but he later chases after one).
