Locust rangers are encountered during the Dealing with Scabaras quest. They can be used to get Scabarite notes for the Scabarites Notes miniquest, and also for the Scabarites slayer assignment. Protect from Missiles may be needed as they are aggressive. Their attacks are slow, but accurate, and have a max hit of 210.
