Accountancy Judge Timms formulated a plan in 2138 to award every citizen who remained lawful on Christmas Day with 1000 creds, to be distributed at the Mayor Dave the Orangutan Memorial Parade on Boxing Day. The plan was a ruse for Timms to steal the creds, with the aid of the War-droids assigned to guard the creds.
