Sir Rowland Richard Clegg-Hill, Sixth Baronet and 4th Viscount Hill (12 February 1863 - 19 December 1923) was a Conservative Party peer. The oldest son of Rowland Clegg-Hill, 3rd Viscount Hill, he was born in Shropshire and educated at Eton School. In 1895 he succeeded his father. A protectionist, he was chairman of the council of the Union Jack Industries League and a leading member of the All-British Shopping movement. He was a freeman of the City of London and was Master of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers in 1921-22.
