A brief battle in the sky lands Danny in a flying island city. Masked for ages and filled with superpowered beings, Danny finds himself right at home with these people, who have no contact with the outside world the abandoned. However, things in this superpowered paradise are not as heavenly as they seem. Several of these superhumans believe they must "cleanse" Earth of normal humans and only Danny can stop him, but are there any members of Utopia who can help him?
