The AX7521 features a crystal cut mahogany AX-style body bolted to a maple and bubinga neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays. Components include dual Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups with individual volume and tone controls and a fixed bridge. The AX7221 is a similar model which has slightly different components. The AX7521 was discontinued after 2002.
