At Musketeer Headquarters, Captain Rochefort and the Cardinal's guards have disbanded The Musketeers as per the orders of Cardinal Richelieu, the King's minister, ostensibly to help fight in an impending war with England. D'Artagnan comes to Musketeer Headquarters to join The Musketeers. He finds Athos by the fireplace in the abandoned main hall. D'Artagnan ask him if this is Musketeer Headquarters, Athos replies "No. This "was" Musketeer Headquarters. The musketeers have been disbanded."
