Binkham Tamino McDoyal the Third is a little boy who appears in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode, "Norval the Great." He is one of the owners of Norval the Fish, whom he tells extraordinary stories about to his friends, who think he's just a fish. As outlandish as his tale seems, it is revealed at the end that is story is indeed true. His friends call him "Binky" for short, while Norval respectfully calls him "Binkham." He is Voiced by Brian Muehl.
