Oak Hollow is a small, shrubbed valley not far from Bayport but which had been untouched by the town's progress until the construction of a housing estate began. The building project was undertaken by Mr. Prito, father of Tony Prito, a friend of Frank and Joe Hardy. Prospective sales were handled by real estate agent Mr. Morton, father of another of the Hardys' friends, Chet Morton.
